- Corrections and source disputes: [email protected] — please include the page URL, the sentence in dispute, and a public source we can verify against.
- Reader tips and complaint patterns: same address. Anything we publish from reader tips is anonymised.
Partnerships
We accept partnership inquiries that match the editorial standards on /partnerships. We do not accept paid placements, paid reviews, or "review trade" requests. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed and never override our coverage.
What we cannot help with
- Tickz account access, password resets, KYC verification, deposits or withdrawals — those belong with
[email protected]or via the in-app help inside the Tickz app. - Account recovery or "fund recovery" services — those are typically scams. If you believe you have been scammed by any broker, contact your bank, your local financial regulator, and law enforcement; do not pay third parties promising to "get your money back".
- Investment advice or "is this a good trade" questions — outside our remit and outside our licensing.
Response times
The desk reads every email but only replies when there is something to act on (a correction, a source, a documented complaint pattern). Expect a reply within a few working days; routine messages may not get a personal response.
